      雷達液位計的使用技巧
      1、在使用雷達液位計時,要注意儀器標注的測量范圍,超范圍的測量不僅得不到精準的數據還會對儀器造成損傷,減傷使用壽命。
      2、被測的介質若為低介電常介質,測量時需注意,如當其處于罐底可見低液位時,此時為保證測量準確性,建議可以將零點方位適當上移。
      3、對于雷達液位計的過溢維護措施,可以定義一段安全距離附加在盲區上。
      4、如果所測介質正處于不斷運動中,為了保證測量的精準性,可以將導波管固定在儲蓄罐的底部,要求在焊接時保證導波管內壁的平滑,為了避免由于凹凸點對導波產生阻止效果。
      5、雷達液位計測量時出現濃度不同泡沫,這是泡沫既能夠吸收微波,又能夠將其反射,使用高頻的雷達物位計依然可以進行精準的測量。
